Open Heaven - Here Comes Trouble

"And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Matthew 3:16‭-‬17 KJV

Subsequent to this open heaven, the Spirit led Jesus to the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. Can you imagine, as soon as the Father publicly approves you, the devil shows up its ugly dead.

Didn't the Father know that the enemy would be on Jesus' track more than ever if he boasted of him? Oh yes He did!

He also knew that Jesus would remain holy in whatever situation. He could trust Jesus in any situation. He had confidence in the Son inasmuch as He had confidence in himself. Similarly, the Son entrusted his whole life in the Hands of the Father. Therefore, he could never fall.

Are you God's child? If you belong to Him, He has given you His Spirit that is more than able to keep you. The joy of the Father is to see His sons walking in the Holy Spirit; walking in His life, the Spirit of Holiness. If you have been compacted with his life, you are charged to show forth His manifold wisdom to principalities and powers.

The life in you bothers them and their mandate is to make you oppose yourself by dishonouring who you are. When you act contrary to what God has called you to be, they mock God. With the calling to Sonship comes trials. But look to Jesus, who has already overcome. If you trust him to live this life in you, you will manifest a sinless life that God can trust with any trial.
