In my time in ministry, I have realized that many have a desire to walk in their ministry. Despite this, the truth is that the greater part of those who desire to walk in their ministry are not walking in the fullness of their calling. I have found that there are various things that inhibit a person from finding themselves in ministry, here are a few.

Sin, Poor Character, and/or Carnal Mindsets
Unbelief in the Word of God
Lack of Fellowship with God
Lack of Ministerial Labor
Lack of Study
