The Blueprint

Apostolic Order Series: The Blueprint.

In my early days as a young Christian, my pastor would always mention the word,” BLUEPRINT”. She would always say “the blueprint works”, we must embrace and submit to it. Even today she still ministers/teaches that the blueprint works.

According to the dictionary, a blueprint is a detailed plan or program of action. Even so, this definition fits the spiritual meaning of Gods blueprint for the Church. So we can safely say God’s detailed plan of action is the blueprint my pastor was referring to.

What is the Blueprint?

1 Corinthians 3 vs 9 - 11

9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

If we examine the scripture we can see God’s heart, he said we are labourers, we are God’s products, we are his building. Then Paul goes to say God has given him the Grace of God and he is going to give us, the labourers, this Grace which God has given him. This here is the blueprint.

The apostles receive the mystery of Christ from God and they will give us this mystery so that we can implement within the body.

I have been a witness to the fact that sticking with the blueprint works. From time to time we would have conferences here at Bible Teachers International. God would give a word to our Apostle at that given time, and I would watch how my pastor would take that word and ensure that on every platform all the leaders are ministering the current truth. It didn’t matter what the leaders were ministering before, there would be an instant switch to the current truth.

My friend, God already knows exactly what the whole building needs to be able to stand as the scripture above has said.

The revelation of the mystery of Christ is the basis of the church. It is what establishes and perfects each son of God and the body as a whole. There is no need to find another message to appease various issues in the church (from offenses to issues in a marriage). Whatever Jesus speaks to the foundational gifts (Apostles and Prophets) is what will sustain the whole Body of Christ. The Blueprint works!
