The ministry I attend is currently in a revival entitled, The Manifested Sons of God (MSOG) revival. It has been something else so far, it’s been life-changing in fact. One thing in particular that has stuck with me is how God is breaking down mindsets and changing them completely. For example, one of the lessons was a teaching on the children of the resurrection and it really encouraged me. I cannot see salvation, or what it means to be a Son of God, the same way since then.
As one who struggled with doubt and really believing that God wanted to use me, that particular teaching on learning about what it means to be a child of the resurrection, was really life changing. The doubt and fear I felt, the uncertainty, was all wiped clean. When you understand the power of who you are as a child of God, as a Son, you realize how little power Satan has over you. To God be the glory!
I have never really felt that patience was my strong suit and it’s easy to think fruit isn’t being grown when you don’t see anything happening in front of you. I am encouraged though, because God is teaching me patience and to just relax. We live in a society that seeks instant gratification but that’s the world’s mindset, because as Sons we know patience is the key to enduring to the end, right?
Be encouraged. God is working! Do you trust Him?
