Discerning Faith Series
Faith! One of the most discussed topics in the body of Christ. Faith always seems to be an "in" message. Always on the tip of the tongues of preachers. However, do we truly comprehend faith? Well, buckle up because we have a series for you!
The word "faith", according to the dictionary is complete trust or confidence in someone or something. That "someone" is God Almighty. God has always been an advocate of our trust in Him, saying;
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. - Proverbs 3:5
God wants us to trust Him. Trust is a revelation of our love for Him. However, as we go through this series we will learn that there is a difference between someone who has the Holy Spirit and someone who does not, and hence, how they trust in God is different. Nevertheless we are all called to trust and believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ, and His great love for us.
Do you trust in the Lord! Well, today, let someone know of the goodness of the Lord.
